Terms of service
Last updated [set HAZYDO_LEGAL_LAST_UPDATED].
These terms are for the hosted Hazydo service at
https://hazy.r8.rs, which is run by
Angels' Ware ("we", "us"). Creating an
account means you agree to them. If you self-host Hazydo from the
open-source code, only the licence applies — not this page.
1. Your account
Look after your password and your second-factor device. If you think someone else has got into your account, write to us at hazy@r8.rs as soon as you can.
2. What you agree not to do
While using Hazydo, please don't:
- Use it to do anything that breaks the law where you live.
- Use it to send mass unsolicited email, scan or attack other people's networks, or otherwise abuse shared resources.
- Try to access another user's projects or data.
- Reverse-engineer the service beyond what the open-source licence already allows you to do with the code.
3. We try to be reliable
We do our best to keep the hosted service running and don't schedule downtime without warning. We don't promise a strict uptime guarantee on the regular tier — if you need one with paperwork behind it, write to us and we'll work something out.
4. The data is yours
What you put into Hazydo is yours. We keep it on our servers the way the privacy policy describes. You can download a copy from Settings → Your data any time, and you can delete the account (and the data) any time.
5. Closing the account
You can close your account at any time from Settings → Delete account (or by writing to hazy@r8.rs if the button isn't working for you). We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms; we'll usually give you notice first, unless what's happening is actively harming someone else.
6. The legal "as is" bit
Hazydo is provided as it is. We don't promise it'll fit any particular purpose, and our financial responsibility to you is limited to whatever you've paid us in the last 12 months — which is nothing if you've been using the free side.
7. Which country's law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
