Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the hosted Hazy service at
https://hazy.r8.rs, operated by
Angels' Ware ("we", "us"). By creating an
account you agree to them. If you self-host Hazy under AGPL-3.0,
these terms don't apply — only the licence does.
1. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password and second-factor device secure. Notify info@angelsware.com about any unauthorized access promptly.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Run plugin tasks that violate Sweden law.
- Use workers to mass-mail, port-scan third parties, mine cryptocurrency, or otherwise abuse outbound network capacity.
- Attempt to access workspaces or data belonging to other users on the hosted service.
- Reverse-engineer the platform beyond what the AGPL-3.0 source licence already permits.
3. Workers run user code
Hazy worker plugins execute under operator-defined YAML on hosts you provision. You are responsible for the security posture of those hosts: a misbehaving plugin can do anything the worker user can do on the machine it runs on. The hosted service runs only hub-side infrastructure; workers connect from your own hardware.
4. Service availability
We aim to keep the hosted service available but don't promise an SLA on the free tier. Paid plans (when available) will publish their own uptime targets.
5. Data ownership
You own the workspace data you create. We retain it as described in the privacy policy. You can export your workspace at any time via the API; an in-UI export button is on the roadmap.
6. Termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing info@angelsware.com. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice unless the violation is ongoing harm to others.
7. Liability
Hazy is provided "as is". We don't warrant fitness for any particular purpose, and our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months (which is zero on the free tier).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
